Scope and approvals

Your order form, selected plan, and written change requests define the services, deliverables, timing, and third-party budgets. Omnisify begins production after required onboarding information, access, and approvals are supplied.

Client responsibilities

You confirm you have rights to all supplied materials, provide accurate business claims, maintain required platform accounts, and review work promptly. Advertising platforms, search engines, and third-party tools retain independent control over their services and policies.

Performance

We use evidence-backed strategy and measured optimization, but do not guarantee rankings, leads, revenue, account approval, or outcomes outside our reasonable control.

Intellectual property

Final approved deliverables transfer or license according to the signed order form after all related invoices are paid. Omnisify retains its pre-existing methods, templates, tools, and know-how.
