Recurring services
Monthly services renew until canceled in writing according to the notice period in your signed plan. Work already scheduled or performed remains billable.
Setup and third-party costs
Setup fees, completed creative work, media spend, platform fees, travel, courier costs, and other approved pass-through expenses are generally non-refundable once incurred.
Plan changes
You may request a scope change through your client portal. Changes take effect only after written approval and may change price, timeline, or minimum term.
Disputes
Tell your account lead promptly if an invoice or deliverable is disputed so we can investigate before the next billing cycle.
